The NW end of the Long Mound, the end which directly leads on to the Sacred Circle and shrine. A complex square with multiple layers of ceremonial monument. The grooves or fence lines in the top of the Cairn are particularly visible in Plan 4o. The Northern segment was dug with the Circle in 83-85.
